Helping people organise and participate in civic life in complex environments.
Because access to information alone does not translate into power, we work in digitally complex and constrained environments to help marginalised communities interpret, navigate, and act on information through capacity building, applied research, in order to enable meaningful and sustained civic participation.

Bridging the gap between
information and action.
Too many people are excluded from civic life. Not because they don’t care, but because the systems, languages, and tools weren’t built for people like them. We build what’s missing.
Navigating and Acting in Information Environments
We help communities understand complex information and act on it. This includes recognising risks, navigating manipulation, and building the skills to communicate, organise, and participate safely. We create practical tools, produce accessible knowledge resources, and share expertise drawn from similar contexts to support informed and effective action.
Applied Research and System-Level Influence
We turn lived experience into tools, research, and policy insight. Our work connects what communities face on the ground to the systems that shape their realities. We develop practical resources, contribute to policy discussions, and translate knowledge from practice into approaches that strengthen how institutions respond to complex environments.
Our work is open, evidence-based, and grounded in the communities we serve.
